Roots to Grow is a New York provider of Early Intervention, HCBS, and Social Care Network services for infants, children, young adults, and the families and caregivers around them.

We exist to foster growth and independence through individualized services. From developmental support for the youngest children to skill-building and community integration for older youth, our work is built around resilience, dignity, and the long arc of every child’s potential.

Every therapist on our team is state-licensed and specialized in pediatric care — not generalists rotating through your case. Sessions happen at home, in daycare, or in the community, so your child learns where they actually spend their time.

We design each program to your child’s specific goals, then partner directly with pediatricians, schools, and case managers so you aren’t translating between systems. Every plan is personalized, culturally competent, and trauma-informed.
